Starting at 2023-09-25T11:58 UTC today we triggered the rollout of a networking change to a much wider set of nodes than intended due to a misconfigured feature flag. Unfortunately this networking change had a bug, which caused network issues for all services with new nodes created after that time. The feature flag was disabled at 2023-09-25T13:32 UTC , and the last impacted node received the reverted configuration at 2023-09-25T15:48 UTC .
